Hall of Peters flies high in Paris with Da Viva fabrics

Ghanaian fashion designers continue to glitter on the international scene and one of them, Peter Yeboah Akosah, chief designer with the Hall of Peters fashion outfit, made the nation proud with Da Viva fabrics at this year’s African Fashion Reception in Paris, France.

Some of his designs, elegantly made with Daviva fabric, were warmly received when a selection of international models showcased them on the runway.

There were designers from 29 other African countries at the fashion extravaganza which aims to create free trade and partnerships among fashion practitioners throughout Africa.

“We were selected because our designs have international appeal. We are extremely grateful to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts as well as the Ghana Tourism Authority and other personalities for facilitating our participation in the Paris event,” said Peter Akosah and Hall of Peters colleague, William Annor Adu.
