PARTICIPATION AND MEMBERSHIP
Participation in our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program is available at Da Viva shops only.
If you wish to become a member of our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program, you can complete our membership process in person at any of our shops. You will be bound by these terms and conditions when you first sign up to join our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program.
All Exclusive Club members will be assigned a membership number which will be used by Da Viva for identification purposes. You must quote your membership number each time you purchase goods from us in store or login using your login details online.
To be eligible to participate in the Exclusive Club Loyalty Program, you must create an account with us containing a valid email address. Even if you do not receive a membership card, you are still eligible to participate in the Exclusive Club Loyalty Program provided you quote your membership number when making a purchase.
Once you are eligible to participate, each time you reach a total of N30 (thirty Naira) in full price purchases during the program a Da Viva point will be issued to your account. If you do not spend N30 or more during program, you are not able to carry over the amount spent in the previous transaction to the next transaction. All Da Viva points will be expired in one year. All membership accounts will be expired in one year.
To enable us to keep track of your purchases, you must provide us with your membership details. Without providing your membership details, you may not be eligible to qualify for a Da Viva point.
Your Exclusive Club membership with Da Viva is not transferable.
Da Viva may at its discretion cancel your membership or refuse you membership to its Exclusive Club Loyalty Program, at any time without notice to you.
Da Viva POINT
For every purchase of N30 (thirty Naira) in full price purchase (special discounted items or clearance items are excluded) you will earn one Da Viva point. Each Da Viva point will be equivalent to one Naira in value and can be used at any Da Viva shops. The minimum points to be used is 1,000 points. You will only be entitled to use the points when the invoice value is over N1,000 (one thousand Naira)
The Da Viva Point: -
Is an “in store” only point and can only be redeemed at any of Da Viva shops (not including Authorized Dealer shops). You cannot redeem the point online on our website or any online market place for Da Viva products;
Cannot be transferred to another Da Viva Exclusive Club member;
May not be redeemed for cash;
May not be used as a deposit;
May be used to purchase sale items;
Must be used by the expiry date
AMENDMENT TO TERMS
Da Viva reserves the right at all times to make any changes to its Exclusive Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions which include but are not limited to:
Changes to rules governing membership of the Exclusive Club Loyalty Program;
Changes to rules governing the issue and use of Da Viva points; and
Any other benefit offered.
Da Viva reserves the right to terminate the Exclusive Club Loyalty Program at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice.
Da Viva may give you notice: -
(b) in writing (either in letter or email);
(c) through a newsletter; or
(d) through any media source within Nigeria.
DA VIVA LOYALTY PROGRAM PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice contains important information regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.
The information we collect includes:
Transactional information when you purchase goods from Da Viva stores,
Information you may provide to us from time to time
To take part in our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program, it is not practicable for us to deal with you by anonymity, you will need to identify yourself.
You may use a pseudonym name if you do not wish to provide us with your correct name, however to be eligible to participate in our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program and the benefits it offers to customers, it is important that any other personal information you provide to us, such as your mailing address and date of birth is correct.
USE, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE
To administer our Exclusive Club Loyalty Program and to provide you with Da Viva points, Da Viva may use and store personal information that you provide to us for marketing, sales, and/or promotions to keep you informed of special promotions, events, product launches and any other special offers.
If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional material, please advise us so that we can delete you from our mailing list.
You permit Da Viva to share your personal information if required by law, with any law enforcement body or agency.
Da Viva will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, misuse and modification.
If any personal information you provided to us has changed, please let us know so that we can update your personal information.
Da Viva is not responsible to you for any loss or damage due to any false or incorrect personal information provided to us.
You agree that your access to and use of the Exclusive Club Loyalty Program is subject to these terms and conditions and is at your own risk. The content is provided to you on an “as is” basis, the content may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current.
Da Viva does not accept any liability for any loss or damages incurred or suffered by you or any other person as a result of your use of the Loyalty Program.
